DIVISION RULES Follows are division rules for each division. It is the managers responsibilty to have the rules available during the games. To download the divsion rules, click on the following divisions: T-Ball Jr. Novice Sr. Novice Rule changes effective 5/26/09 Rule 3: Changed to a 2 hour time limit! Rule 5.A : The Run Limit has been changed from 15 runs or more after 4 at bats to 5 at bats! Rule 6 : Players needed to start a game has changed from 9 to 8! Rule 14 : A removed may now return to the mound only if he remains on the field as a defensive player! Rule 18: Added this rule- No stealing when ahead by 10 or more runs! Jr. Novice Jr. Hardball Rule changes effective 5/26/09 Rule 2: Changed bat weight to a minus -7! Rule 5.A : The Run Limit has been changed from 15 runs or more after 4 at bats to 10 runs after 5 at bats! Rule 16: Changed to "Leading off on the bases is permitted"! Rule 17: Added this rule- No intentional walks Sr. Hardball Novice Girls 09 Jr. Girls Rule changes effective 5/26/09 Rule 13 : Changed to read: Stealing of bases is permitted after the ball crosses the plate. Stealing of home plate is not permitted (exception: unless a play is being made on the runner.). A player may not steal home on a passed ball or wild pitch. A player may steal home, at their own risk, on the exchange from the catcher to the pitcher, providing the pitcher does not have control of the ball outside of the 8 foot circle around the mound.
