League Information Four Corners currently offers baseball opportunities in Ten (10) different divisions. Division breakdown information is:

If your child was 6 years old or younger on January 1st, 2009 they can play T-Ball
The beginning of the baseball experience for most children. A RIF (Reduced Injury Factor) ball is used. Players will be learning the fundamentals of the game, hitting, running to a base, and fielding. Ages 5-6 are preferred but 4 year olds can play!
Hardball Divisions
Jr. Novice
7-8
If your child was 8 years old or younger on January 1st, 2009 they can play Jr. Novice
Coach pitches to the players. A regulation 9" hardball is used. Pitch may be overhand or underhand depending on skill level. Players learn the fundamentals of baseball here.
Sr. Novice
9-10

If your child was 10 years old or younger on January 1st, 2009 they can play Sr. Novice
The first time players will be facing other players actually pitching. A regulation 9" hardball is used. Players start to learn advanced baseball such as stealing bases.
Jr. Hardball
11-12
If your child was 12 years old or younger on January 1st, 2009 they can play Jr. Hardball
Players advance to a more structured game. Game length is now 7 innings. A regulation 9" hardball is used. This division starts the transition to High School ball.
Sr. Hardball
13-14
If your child was 14 years old or younger on January 1st, 2009 they can play Sr. Hardball
The basic High School format is used. Game length is 7 innings. A regulation 9" hardball is used.
Gary Clark Ball
15-17
If your child was 17 years old or younger on January 1st, 2009 they can play Gary Clark
High school style baseball. This division does not start until the regulation High School baseball season is completed.
Softball Divisions
Novice Girls
7-8-9
If your child was 9 years old or younger on January 1st, 2009 they can play Novice Girls
Coach pitch softball. An 11" softball is used. Players learn the fundamentals of hitting, fielding and baserunning. We recommend that advanced 9 year old players choose to play in our Jr. Girls Fast Pitch Division. Face masks are used on helmets.
Jr. Girls
9-10-11
If your child was 11 years old or younger on January 1st, 2009 they can play Jr. Girls
Players pitching for the first time. Fast Pitch format. An 11" softball is used. Players start to learn advanced baseball such as stealing bases. Face masks are used on helmets.
Sr. Girls
12-13-14
If your child was 14 years old or younger on January 1st, 2009 they can play Sr. Girls
Fast Pitch High School format. An 12" softball is used. Face masks are used on helmets.
H.S. Girls
15-16-17
If your child was 17 years old or younger on January 1st, 2009 they can play High School Girls
Fast Pitch High School format. An 12" softball is used. Face masks are used on helmets. This division does not start until the regulation High School baseball season is completed.
